ORDER 1. This transfer petition is filed before this Court for transfer of case bearing Divorce Case No.5/2018 titled as "Raj Kumar Vs. Urmila" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Kurwai, District Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Judge, Thane, Mumbai. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he does not oppose the transfer petition. 3. In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to allow this transfer petition. 4. Accordingly, we order for transfer of Divorce Case No.5/2018 titled as "Raj Kumar Vs. Urmila" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Kurwai, District Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Judge, Thane, Mumbai. 5. The record of the case be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Judge, Thane, Mumbai without any delay. 6. The transferee Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the proceedings.
