JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent No.3- The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ranchi for taking final decision in Case No.958 of 2018 filed under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that a petition filed under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C. before the respondent No.3 but, as yet no final decision has been taken, hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms. Aanya, learned A.C. to G.P.-IV, has submitted that the appropriate order may be passed by directing the concerned respondent to take final decision if not already taken within stipulated period. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner and with their consent the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 - The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ranchi to take final decision in the petition pending Case No.958 of 2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. Needless to say that before taking such final decision the other affected parties, if any, shall be provided opportunity of hearing. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition, disposed of.
