ORDER 1. This transfer petition is filed before this Court for transfer of case bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No.115/2018 titled as "Shri Manoj Rajvir Verma Vs. Sou. Priyanka Manoj Verma" pending in the Court of Assistant Civil Judge and Session Court at Dhule, Maharashtra to the Family Court of Ahmedabad at Gujarat. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he does not oppose the transfer petition. 3. In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to allow this transfer petition. 4. Accordingly, we order for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.115/2018 titled as "Shri Manoj Rajvir Verma Vs. Sou. Priyanka Manoj Verma" pending in the Court of Assistant Civil Judge and Session Court at Dhule, Maharashtra to the Family Court of Ahmedabad at Gujarat. 5. The record of the case be transferred to the Family Court of Ahmedabad at Gujarat without any delay. 6. The transferee Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the proceedings.
