ORDER 1. This is a petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of H.M.A. No. 513 of 2017 titled as "Sameer Chandna Versus Ritika Dutt" pending before the Court of District Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadri, Haryana to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Courts Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly, H.M.A. No. 513 of 2017 titled as "Sameer Chandna Versus Ritika Dutt" is ordered to be transferred from the Court of District Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadri, Haryana to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Courts Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 3. Let the records of the case be transferred to the concerned court without delay. 4. The Transfer Petition is allowed, accordingly.
