ORDER 1. Office Report shows that the respondent has expressed his inability to come to Court and has proposed that on the basis of the counter affidavit the petition be disposed of. 2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 3. We are of the view that this is a fit case for transfer. 4. Accordingly, we order for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.2109/2017 titled as "Surojit Banerjee Vs. Debanjana Banerjee nee Bhattacharya" pending before the 3rd Additional District & Session Judge, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal to the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. 5. The record of the case be transferred to the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana without any delay.
