ORDER 1. Office Report shows that the respondent has expressed his inability to come to Court and has proposed that on the basis of the counter affidavit the petition be disposed of. 2. The record of the case be transferred to the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana without any delay.
