JUDGMENT 1. This bail application is pending since 2018. On 27.11.2018, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners. Status report filed by the State is as under:- 'During the course of investigation I/O visited on spot, prepared site plan, recorded the statements of witnesses U/S 161 Cr.P.C. On 29.11.2018 all above mentioned alleged accused persons came at Women Police Station Rajouri and produced a court order dated 27.11.2018 in which Honble High Court released the accused persons on furnishing bail bonds to the sum of Rs. 25000. On the basis of statement recorded by I/O offences U/S 341/323/498- A/RPC is fully established and proved against Rajinder Lakha S/o Late Sh. Om Parkash and offence U/S 498-A/109/RPC is fully established and proved against Gotam Lakha S/o Om Parkash 03. Kiran Bala W/o Rakesh Sabharwal 04. Shani Devi @ Mansa Lakha W/o Om Parkash 05. Neeraj Lakha W/o Harbans Lakha all residents of Resham Ghar colony Jammu. Challan of the instant case is prepared and charge sheet of the instant case will be produced in the court of law for judicial determination of the accused persons.' 2. No useful purpose will be served in keeping the bail application pending. Therefore, interim bail granted vide order dated 27.11.2018 passed in respect of FIR No. 33/2018 for commission of offences under Sections 498-A, 341, 323, & 109 RPC is made absolute on the same terms and conditions as imposed in order dated 27.11.2018. However, police is directed to produce the challan before the competent court of law within two weeks. 3. Disposed of.
