JUDGMENT : 1. The petitioner has preferred adjudication case no.40 of 2015 before the Labour Court-I, Lohiya Nagar, Ghaziabad. 2. During this pandemic, it could not be reasonable to firm Allied Nippon Limited before this Court as no adverse order has been passed. Being a period of more than 4 years, the matter has remained pending and the pleadings are over. There are some mistake in paragraph no.8 of the writ petition regarding the appeal. 3. May that as it may be, there is typographical error. The prayer prayed for in prayer clause (i) reads as under: "(i) An appropriate order or direction commanding the Presiding Officer, Labour Court-Ist, U.P., Lohianagar, District Ghaziabad (respondent No.1) to decide the adjudication case no.40 of 2016, Umesh Chand Srivastava Vs. M/s Allied Nippon Limited, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, pending since 12.12.2016 within short stipulated of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Contained as Anneuxre No.1 to the writ petition)." 4. In view of the above, respondent no.1 -Presiding Officer, Labour Court-Ist, U.P., Lohianagar, District Ghaziabad, is directed to decide the adjudication case no.40 of 2016, Umesh Chand Srivastava Vs. M/s Allied Nippon Limited, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, as expeditiously as possible. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
