JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against order dated 20.11.2019 (Annexure-5). 2. By the order dated 20.11.2019 it was indicated that the deficiencies pointed out in various private colleges be removed and response be filed by 10.12.2019, failing which, the NOC issued would be cancelled. 3. The petitioner pursuant to the said communication dated 20.11.2019 produced the requisites vide Annexures-6 to 11. 4. The petition has been filed on account of the apprehension that despite fulfilling all the requisites, the NOC of the petitioner would be cancelled. 5. The petition based on apprehension at this stage once according to the petitioner all the requisites have been fulfilled cannot be appreciated. 6. Once the petitioner has responded to the notice and has produced the requisites, the respondents would have to decide the same and in case after the decision the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner would be free to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. At this stage, the petition is apparently premature. 7. Consequently, the petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to question the validity of any adverse order, if passed, in accordance with law.
