JUDGMENT G.Sri Devi, J. - This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition of not to leave the State without prior permission of the Court in Cr.No.341 of 2017 on the file of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. Vide order, dated 25.07.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2530 of 2017 in ECIR No.7 of 2017 in Cr.No.341 of 2017, the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, while granting bail to the petitioner-A3, directed him not to leave the State without prior permission of the Court and he shall surrender his passport before the said Court. The petitioner was further directed to appear before the said Court on every working Saturday between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM till further orders. Thereafter, the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, vide order, dated 22.03.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1114 of 2019 relaxed the condition imposed against the petitioner to appear before that Court. Again, the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, vide order, dated 14.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.5034 of 2019 dismissed the petition seeking to relax the condition of not to leave the State without prior permission of the Court. Hence, this petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner not to leave the State without prior permission of the Court is very hard as the petitioner belongs to State of Maharashtra and all his relatives have spread over North India States. The petitioner is a business man and doing business in Iron and Steel and for smooth running of his business, he has to travel to different places in India and due to above condition, his business has badly affected for more than 2 years. The petitioner is ready and willing to cooperate with the authorities concerned for any future requirements and the petitioner undertakes not to travel outside India. Hence, it is prayed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to modify the said order. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of and the condition imposed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, in the order, dated 25.07.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2530 of 2017 in ECIR No.7 of 2017 in Cr.No.341 of 2017 directing the petitioner not to leave the State without prior permission of the Court is modified to that of not to leave the country without prior permission of the said Court and the petitioner is directed to surrender his passport before the said Court.
