JUDGMENT : KAUSHAL JAYENDRA THAKER, J. 1. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner approached the authority concerned for granting the Arms License. 2. May be due to pandemic, the respondent has not taken any decision. 3. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent to decide the application of the petitioner not later than 30.9.2020. 4. Learned Counsel for the State shall convey to the District Magistrate, Baghpat, about this order in writing. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition if no order is passed till 30.9.2020.
