JUDGMENT : VIVEK KUMAR BIRLA, J. 1. Additional cause list has been revised. No one is present to press this application. 2. Present contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party on willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 11.9.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No. 13098 of 2019 (Jai Pal Singh and Others vs. State of U.P. and Others). 3. Sri. K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions dated 14.8.2020 submits that necessary orders deciding the claim of the applicant-petitioner has already been passed on 5.8.2020. The order-sheet further reflects that Sri. Arvind Kumar, Executive Engineer, the sole opposite party unfortunately died in road accident on 9.8.2020 while he was coming to the High Court. 4. The narrative has been sent by the present incumbent of the office, the same is taken on record. 5. Since, this order is passed in the absence the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is at liberty to approach this Court if the claim of the applicant is not decided by the authority concerned. It is further provided that, in case, the counsel for the applicant approaches the office, the office is directed to supply a copy of the instructions to learned counsel for the applicant. 6. With the aforesaid observations, present contempt application is consigned to record.
