JUDGMENT Subodh Abhyankar, J. - The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 1.9.2020 whereby his services have been transferred from Government Primary School, Jamunapani, Sankul Government High School Chhapara, Vikas Khand Chhapara to Government Primary School, Chauhran Tola Janshikshi Kendra Barela Vikas Khand Ghansor, District Seoni. 2. Though the petitioner has submitted representation in this regard, but till date the same has not been decided by the respondents. 3. Learned P.L. has opposed the prayer made in the petition. 4. Under these circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to submit fresh representation along with all the relevant documents before the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In turn, the respondents shall decide the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks. 5. Till the representation is decided, the respondents shall allow the petitioner to work at his present place of posting i.e. Government Primary School, Jamunapani, Sankul Government High School Chhapara, Vikas Khand Chhapara, District Seoni. 6.
