ORDER : PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 08.11.2019 of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur, passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.17 of 2009. While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 10.02.2020, this Court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur to dispose of the suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 2. This Court has received a communication from the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 10.02.2020 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time. 3. Therefore, time is extended by two months from today to comply with the order dated 10.02.2020 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
