JUDGMENT : 1. Heard, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Pal, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State. 2. This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by applicant Preetam Singh in connection with Case Crime No. 193 of 2020, under sections 420 & 465 IPC, P.S. Mansoorpur, District Muzaffarnagar. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that charge-sheet has already been submitted against applicant. 4. In view of above, present application for anticipatory bail has been rendered infructuous. 5. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
