JUDGMENT : ALOK MATHUR, J. 1. Heard Sri. Satendra Nath Rai, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri. Anuraga Vikram for the respondents. 2. Instant contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.2.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 4648 of 2020 (S/S). Sri. Anurag Vikram appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and on 26.5.2020 certain benefits have been granted to the petitioner and all the points raised by him have been considered. 3. In light of the fact that the representation of the petitioner has been decided in terms of the order of this Court, no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending any further. However, it is provided that all the benefits which have been directed to be granted to the petitioner shall be paid to him within a period of one month. 4. Subject to above direction, the notices are discharged and the contempt petition is dismissed.
