JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Sri Anuuj Tandon, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shishir Jain, learned Counsel for all respondents. 2. The petitioner, by means of this writ petition, wants a direction to the respondents to release and settle the outstanding payment of Rs.4,66,17,046/-against the executed/ completed works in pursuance to 16 agreements. 3. Sri Shishir Jain, learned Counsel for respondents has pointed that the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner, as agreed by their representatives, has been paid. 4. In view of the above, the amount, which is being claimed by the petitioner, appears to be a disputed amount and in case the said amount is due and payable, the petitioner is free to agitate the matter either before the Arbitrator in term of the agreement or in the Commercial Court, as may be advised to the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, we do not deem it necessary to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
