JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil Zamania District Ghazipur i.e., respondent no. 2 to decide Case No. T-201914290300797 filed under Section 34/35 of the U.P Land Revenue Act, 1901. 3. The Tehsildar, Tehsil Zamania District Ghazipur, i.e., respondent no.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid Case No. T-201914290300797 within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case. 4. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
