JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Mr. Hari Nath Chaubey, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State. 2. This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by applicant Sameer Khan, in connection with Case Crime No. 638 of 2020, under sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 489-D IPC, P.S. Auraiya, District Auraiya. 3. Perusal of F.I.R. shows that the crime alleged to have been committed by the present applicant is an economic offence, which can disrupt the economy of the country. Therefore, the crime alleged to have been committed by the present applicant along with other co-accused is a crime against society. 4. Learned A.G.A. has also vehemently opposed the present application for anticipatory bail. 5. In view of the aforesaid, no case for grant of anticipatory bail to applicant is made out. 6. Application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
