ORDER 1. Delay condoned. 2. The operative portion of the impugned order reads thus: "Therefore, we direct them to pay the opp. Party Rs. 3,12,000/- as reasonable compensation from depriving him for his legitimate right in spite of the observation made in the Tribunal order in Paragraph -8 in taking wrong shelter of the High Court order. The same will be complied within four weeks from today. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of." 3. Though, the High Court observes that the petitioners herein are liable to pay a sum of Rs. 24,000/- per annum and a compensation of Rs. 3,12,000/-, in our considered opinion, the High Court seems to have ultimately concluded that it would be sufficient if the amount of Rs. 3,12,000/- is paid in favour of the respondent(s). 4. In view of the same, we clarify that the petitioners are liable to pay a sum of Rs. 3,12,000/- as ordered by the High Court only. 5. The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
