JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Sri Shaiwal Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State and Sri Amit Shukla, learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make the payment of the group insurance. ii. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to calculate the increments for the year 1993, 1994 and 1995 and to re-calculate the GPF containing the above increments and to release the same." 3. It is contended that the petitioner retired as Principal from Poor Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Bhagwantapur, Pooranpur, District-Pilibhit on 30.06.2009. It appears that certain retiral dues has not been released by the Authority till date. 4. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending, with the consent of the parties, matter is being disposed of at admission stage itself with a direction upon respondent no.2-District Basic Education Officer, Pilibhit to take action in the matter of payment of retiral dues of the petitioner. 5. In case, petitioner moves a detailed representation within 15 days along with a copy of this order, respondent no.2-District Basic Education Officer, Pilibhit shall thereafter take a decision on the said representation strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of next four months. 6. Writ petition is disposed of.
