JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. All cases listed today have been taken up for hearing by way of video conferencing because of the situation existing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 2. After arguing at a great length of time, when counsel for the petitioner could not show any legal transaction of Rs. 6,40,000/- having been paid to the complainant on account of transfer of the land admittedly as per the registered sale deed (as admitted by counsel for the complainant and the petitioner that such sale deed was registered on 15.05.2019), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
