JUDGMENT : 1. Petitioner is seeking benefit of Crop Loan Waiver Scheme. The amount of loan recoverable from petitioner is Rs. 2,46,518/-. Since the scheme itself was not placed, the matter was adjourned to 14.10.2020. Learned counsel does not dispute that as per scheme, loan recoverable upto Rs. one lack alone are to be waived. 2. At this stage, learned counsel comes up with a prayer to withdraw this petition. 3. Sri A.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent-bank has no objection. 4. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5. It is made clear that no liberty has been granted to the petitioner to institute a fresh petition in respect of the same cause.
