JUDGMENT ORDER 1. The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing. 2. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to regulate the illegal, antisocial, vulgar, abusive, minority oppressive and anti-national content broadcasted by respondents No.7 and 12 to 19 without approval or authentication from any Government Authority and directing respondents No.3 to 6 to act upon the representation dated 24.05.2020 for committing offences under Section 295-A of the IPC, Section 67, 67-A and 67-B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Section 4 read with Section 6 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986 and any other provisions of law which is made out against the producers, Writers, Directors and Broadcasters of Web Series "Pataal Lok" being broadcasted Over The Top Platform (OTT) of respondent No.7. 3.
