JUDGMENT : 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondents. 2. The sole prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he has applied for grant of recognition of Uttar Madhyama to the petitioner's Institution, which is pending from 20th June, 2019. He further submits that in this connection various reminders have been sent but in vain. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent no.3 to decide the matter expeditiously within the time fixed by this Court. To the last submission, learned standing counsel no objection. 3. Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3 to pass an appropriate order in the matter, in accordance with law, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the writ petition and its annexures. 4. It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
