JUDGMENT Sanjeev Sachdeva, J. - CM APPL.25952/2020 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. CM(M) 502/2020 1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2. Petitioner impugns order dated 25.09.2020, whereby, the Trial Court directed notice to be issued to the respondents to ascertain whether the petitioner has attained the age of majority or not. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was born on 10.11.1991 and it is already part of the Trial Court record that he has attained majority. Even by order dated 04.08.2010, the Trial Court has recorded that the petitioner has attained majority in the year 2009 itself and earlier the compensation was released to him after he had attained majority. 4. Since the present petition impugns merely the order issuing notice, I do not see any ground to interfere with the order dated 25.09.2020 issuing notice to the respondents. However, since the respondents are represented before this Court and it has been expressed by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner requires money urgently, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings. 5. Accordingly, parties shall appear before the concerned Trial Court on 19.10.2020. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the respondents shall be duly represented before the Trial Court on the said date. The statement is taken on record. 7. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 8. Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
