JUDGMENT G.Sri Devi, J. - This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.128 of 2019 on the file of Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 509 IPC and Section 5 of the T.S. Protection of depositors of Financial Establishments Act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application is the second one filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by order dated 27.11.2019 in Crl.P.No.7475 of 2019. No change of circumstances or no new grounds whatsoever have been raised by the petitioner in the present Criminal Petition. Merely, on the ground that accused Nos.1 and 3 have been granted bail, the petitioner is not entitled for bail. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. 4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. 5. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
