JUDGMENT 1. Petitioner challenges order dated 20.02.2020, whereby the representation of the petitioner against his transfer has been rejected. 2. Petitioner is an employee of the Defence Pension Disbursement Office which is a Central Government organization. Since the ratio of the judgment of this Court in ' Ab. Gani Thekry v. Union of India & Ors.' 2014 (3) JKJ(HC) 508 , is squarely applicable to the petitioners case, it would, thus, be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for the redressal of his grievance. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
