JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Sri Amit Saxena, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Rakesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rakesh Pandey, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Mehboob Ahamad and Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for respondents no.3 to 5 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with a liberty to file a writ petition challenging the order regarding controversy involved in the matter. 3. Learned counsels appearing for the contesting respondents submit that they have no objection to the aforesaid request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
