JUDGMENT G.Sri Devi, J. - This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.441 of 2018 on the file of Mahabubnagar Rural Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 342 and 306 read with Section 34 IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application is the second one filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by order dated 19.9.2019 in Crl.P.No.5687 of 2019. No change of circumstances or no new grounds whatsoever have been raised by the petitioner in the present Criminal Petition. Granting of bail to the other accused is not a ground for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. 4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court concerned within one week from the date of this order and move an application for bail, upon which, the Court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed
