JUDGMENT : Mr. Shankar Lal Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are so many prayers in this writ petition, but he is confining his prayer with regard to quash the notice issued under Section 56(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003. He further submits that by way of Annexure-8, the petitioner has been asked to deposit a sum of Rs.2,55,24,647/-as interest on DPS on account of fuel surcharge. 2. Mr. Navin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if the matter is remitted back to the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer, Electric Supply Area Board, Jamshedpur, District-East Singhbhum, he will look into the grievance of the petitioner. 3. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer, Electric Supply Area Board, Jamshedpur, District-East Singhbhum is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
