JUDGMENT : Heard, Mr. Vijay Kr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh A.C. to S.C. (L & C-II) appearing for the respondent-State. 2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction the respondents to give proportionate compensation to the petitioner for 30 decimal of land situated at Mouza-Makhmandaro, P.S.-Ratu, Block Ratu, Thana No. 80, Khata No. 97, Plot Nos. 36, 68, 48 out of total area 1.47 acres. 3. Mr. Vijay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that land of the petitioner was acquired in the year 2012-13. He further submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi for the needful but no compensation has been paid as yet. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that if the petitioner will approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi he will pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 5. In view of the facts and submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, petitioner is directed to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer by way of filing representation within a period of two weeks, if such petition is filed within the aforesaid period, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi will decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, thereafter he will communicate outcome of the decision to the petitioner one week thereafter. 6. With the said observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of. Writ petition disposed of accordingly
