JUDGMENT : Chandra Dhari Singh, J. 1. Affidavit of compliance filed in court is taken on record. 2. Called out in the revised list. None present for the petitioner. 3. Present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 18.07.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.19532 (S/S) of 2019. The operative portion of the order reads as under : "Connect and list this case along with writ petition No. 5334(S/S) of 2019 as fresh which pertains to the same issue of entitlement of the petitioner to be paid interest along with gratuity. However on account of the undisputed position that the petitioner would be entitled at least to the payment of remaining provident, retaining allowance and gratuity, it is provided that the payment of the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from today." 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance to order of the writ court, the payment of provident fund amounting to Rs.70,025/-vide cheque no.044620 dated 06.01.2020 as well as the retaining allowance amounting to Rs.54,328/-vide cheque no.027770 dated 13.01.2020 has been paid to the petitioner. Copies of cheques have been annexed as Annexure SCA-2. 5. In view the above, the order of the writ court has been complied with and nothing is left to adjudicate in the present contempt petition. 6. The contempt petition is dismissed.
