JUDGMENT : 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai the learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Kunwar Digvijay Singh who appears for the informant and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0003 of 2019, under Sections 147, 307, 427 I.P.C., police station Sahpau, District Hathras (Mahamaya Nagar). 3. The Court has rejected the application for grant of anticipatory bail of the co-accused while passing orders on Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 58234 of 2019. 4. In that view of the matter and for the reasons assigned therein, the present application is also rejected.
