JUDGMENT Tejinder Singh Dhindsa, J. - This case has been taken up through Video Conferencing via Webex facility in the light of Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions. 2. Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.seeking concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.185 dated 30.06.2020, under Sections 379-B, 341, 323, 148, 149, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 3. On the pervious date of hearing learned State counsel had vehemently opposed the prayer by submitting that the petitioner is involved in a number of other cases. Accordingly hearing had been deferred to today and State counsel was directed to file a specific affidavit bringing forth the details of the other FIRs in which petitioner is involved and the current status in relation thereto. 4. Towards compliance of the order dated 27.08.2020 passed by this Court, learned State counsel has forwarded through e-mail an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib and in which it has been disclosed that the petitoner is involved in two other FIRs i.e. FIR No.33 dated 11.02.2019, under Sections 379-B, 427, 506 IPC, P.S. City Malout and FIR No.01 dated 01.01.2020, under Sections 341, 324, 34 IPC, P.S.City Malout. 5. State counsel submits that inspite of raids having been conducted, petitioner could not be arrested and he is evading the process of law in the afore-noticed two FIRs. 6. It clearly emerges that petitioner does not possess clean antecedents. In para 11 of the instant petition a categoric averment has been made that no other case is pending or registered against the petitioner. Even such assertion is factually incorrect in the light of the affidavit furnished on behalf of the State. 7. Conduct of the petitioner disentitles him from any concession. 8. Prayer for anticipatory bail is declined. 9. Petition dismissed.
