ORDER : 1. An oral request is made on behalf of Mr. Mathews Nedumpara, Advocate, to allow Mr. Mathews Nedumpara to appear and argue as counsel in R.P. (C)No. 3358/2018 in W.P. (C)No. 373/2006 titled as ‘Kantaru Rajeevaru v. Indian Young Lawyers Association & Ors.’. 2. By an order dated 27.03.2019 in Suo Motu Contempt Petition (Crl.) No. 1 of 2019, Mr. Mathews Nedumpara, Advocate, was barred from practicing as an Advocate before the Supreme Court of India for a period of one year from that day. That period is not yet over. The aforesaid request is therefore rejected.
