JUDGMENT 1. Petitioner is a lecturer in Urdu was posted in Government Higher Secondary School, Harni. Vide order No. 130-DSEJ of 2020 dated 08.02.2020 he has been transferred to Higher Secondary School, Arai, Poonch. 2. Order dated 08.02.2020 provides that in case, any official has any grievance related to this order, he may file an application for review of the same. It is submitted that petitioner has filed his review/representation on 10.02.2020 through proper channel in the office of respondent No. 2, but the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. 3. Petitioner has sought review of the order on the ground that he is suffering from Disc problem, has been transferred to a remote area which is about 70 kms from his residence. This apart, he at the fag end of his service and retiring within next 15 months, therefore, he seeks review of the aforesaid order. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner is at the verge of his retirement and also suffering from severe health problems, therefore, his limited prayer is to direct the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 considering the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the above limited prayer of the petitioner to which learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner with a period of two weeks from the date certified copy of this order is provided to him. 6. Disposed of alongwith CM.
