JUDGMENT S. Muralidhar, J. - CM-8936-CWP-2020 1. This is an application seeking exemption from filing a certified copy of a report dated 13th July, 2009 of the District Town Planner, Yamuna Nagar. The application also seeks leave to place on record the said report as Annexure P-16 to the petition. 2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Mr. Rajiv Atma Ram, learned senior Counsel seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Respondents under Section 101-A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, seeking release of the land in view of the report dated 13th July, 2009 of the District Town Planner, Yamuna Nagar. 6. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 7. The status quo order, if any, shall hereby stand vacated.
