JUDGMENT Ajai Lamba, C.J. - The husband has preferred the matrimonial appeal under consideration directed against the judgment and decree dated 25th July, 2017. It appears that appellant preferred a petition praying for decree of divorce under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2. Perusal of the impugned judgment indicates that the appellant/ husband has been directed pay some maintenance allowance. It appears that aggrieved by the direction to pay maintenance, the present appeal has been filed. 3. Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press the appeal and states that it be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn.
