JUDGMENT 1. The petitioner has approached this Court, inter alia, raising grievance that no action has been taken on his request for transfer from Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'JVVNL') to Ajmer Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'AVVNL') made in the year 2016 and duly forwarded by the Executive Engineer, Sujangarh, JVVNL to the higher authorities on 22.06.2016. 2. Without going into the merits of the petitioners rights of getting transfer, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in furtherance of request of petitioner for transferring him from JVVNL to AVVNL in accordance with law. 3. The needful be done within a period of 12 weeks from placing a certified copy of the order instant. 4. Needless to observe that the direction for deciding the pending representation of the petitioner only with a view to expedient redressal of his grievance and the same may not be treated to decide the representation of the petitioner in a particular manner.
