JUDGMENT T. Vinod Kumar, J. - Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the order passed by the respondent under Section 91 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy. 2. Granting liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
