JUDGMENT Tejinder Singh Dhindsa, J. - Matter has been taken up through Video Conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions. 2. Petitioner seeks benefit of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.300, dated 18.11.2019, under Sections 420/467/468/471/472/120-B IPC (Section 419 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. 3. Counsel for the parties have been heard. 4. It has gone uncontroverted that co-accused, Mandeep Singh and against whom there were similar allegations has been granted benefit of bail vide order dated 13.07.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench in CRM-M16442-2020. 5. In view of the above and on the basis of the same very reasoning adopted by the Coordinate Bench in the order dated 13.07.2020 passed in CRM-M-16442-2020, present petitioner is also held entitled to the benefit of bail. 6. Petition is allowed. Petitioner be enlarged on bail subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. 7. However, the petitioner is granted regular bail subject to the condition that he would not commit any similar offence and in case of commission of similar offence by him in future, his bail in the present case shall also be liable to be cancelled on an application to be filed by the prosecution in this regard. 8. Disposed of.
