JUDGMENT Lisa Gill, J. - This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to outbreak of the pandemic, COVID-19. 2. Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 96 dated 02.06.2020, under Sections 363/366-A IPC, Police Station Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter as the petitioner and daughter of the complainant had solemnized marriage on 04.06.2020, against the complainant's wishes. They had filed CRWP-3656-2020 for protection of their life and liberty. The said petition was disposed of on 11.06.2020. It is submitted, that allegation of Aadhar card used by the petitioner being not genuine, is incorrect. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and he has fully cooperated with the investigation. Moreover, the matter has since been amicably settled between the parties and CRM-30944-2020 has been filed for quashing of the FIR. It is thus prayed that this petition be allowed. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Bakshish Singh, submits that the petitioner has indeed joined investigation and has fully cooperated. Furthermore, it is verified that Aadhar card of the petitioner has been found to be genuine. 6. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above but without commenting upon or expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Consequently, order dated 24.07.2020 is made absolute. Needless to say, the petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. 7. It is clarified that none of the observations made hereinabove shall be construed to be a reflection on the merits of the case. The same are solely confined for the purpose of decision of the present petition.
