JUDGMENT Sudip Ahluwalia, J. - This is a petition for regular bail filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, in case FIR No.229 dated 23.05.2020, under Sections 394/397/120-B/201 of the IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sector-58, District Faridabad. 2. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2020. Further submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. But his name has transpired from the disclosure statement of accused Manish, who was arrested. 3. In similar circumstances, the co-accused Rocky has already been granted regular bail by this Court in CRM-M-28699-2020 on 23.09.2020. 4. In the given circumstances, further detention of the petitioner for an indefinite period is not called for. 5. As such, without commenting any further on the merits of the present case as a whole, but in view of the detention undergone by the petitioner, the prayer of the petitioner for regular bail is allowed and he is ordered to be released on regular bail subject to appropriate terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned. 6. Disposed off.
