JUDGMENT G. Sri Devi, J. - This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the docket order, dated 21.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.426 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.761 of 2019 on the file of the III Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3. The learned Sessions Judge, vide order, dated 01.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.426 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.761 of 2019 while suspending the sentence, directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the cheque amount before the lower Court within one month. 4. During the course of hearing, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to grant some time to deposit 20% of the cheque amount as directed by the learned Sessions Judge. 5. In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, ten (10) days time is granted to the petitioner to deposit 20% of the cheque amount as directed by the learned Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, R.R. District. 6. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
