No. 1/2020 3. Applicant/accused has been convicted for offences under Section 279, 337, 338 and 304-A RPC in case titled, 'State of J&K v. Ram Dev' vide judgment dated 04.10.2016 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katra, the same has been upheld by the Principal Sessions Judge, Reasi vide Judgment dated 13.03.2020. 4. In view of the fact, that this petition raises debatable questions of law, which are required to be examined at length. Till next date of hearing before the Bench, the sentence upheld in case titled, 'Ram Dev v. State of J&K' vide judgment dated 13.03.2020 in file No. 56-Appeal by the Principal Sessions Judge, Reasi is suspended till the next date of hearing and the accused/applicant herein shall be released from custody, subject to his furnishing bail bond to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- with the surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Central Jail, Kot Bhalwal, Jammu where he is presently lodged. 5.
