JUDGMENT Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. (Oral) - The applicants before this Court are accused in a case registered by their daughter-in-law before the Police Station Kotwali Laksar, District Haridwar under Section 323, 342, 498-A, 504, 506, 354-A, 120-B of IPC. 2. After its investigation, the police has already filed a chargesheet in which summoning orders have been issued to the present applicants, which have been challenged before this Court. 3. A Coordinate Bench of this Court has stayed the proceedings vide order dated 21.03.2018. 4. Heard learned counsels for the parties. 5. Considering the charges against the applicants and other relevant materials, this Court is not inclined to interfere in this matter under the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of CrPC. 6. C-482 application is dismissed. Interim order dated 21.03.2018 is hereby vacated. Let the trial proceed in accordance with law. However, at the stage of framing of charges the applicants would be at liberty to move an application for their discharge in accordance with law and the learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders based on the evidence which is available before the court. 7. This Court has been apprised that subsequent to the release of the present applicants on bail, charges under Section 120-B and 498-A of IPC have been added in the chargesheet filed against applicant no. 3 Ajab Singh and charges under Sections 120-B, 354-A and 498-A have been added in the chargesheet filed against Smt. Kamlesh, Km. Deepa Shikha and Paras Kumar, applicant nos. 1, 2 & 4 respectively. 8. Purely in the interest of justice, it is directed that in case the applicants move an application for their release on the same bail bond, the same shall be considered by the court below, in accordance with law.
