JUDGMENT G. Sri Devi, J. - This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.136 of 2019 on the file of the S.H.O., II Town Police Station, Adilabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 506 IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State. 3. This is the third bail application filed by the petitioner. The first and second bail applications filed by the petitioners were dismissed by this Court on merits. This Court, vide order, dated 13.08.2019 in Crl.P.No.4689 of 2019 has directed the petitioner-accused to surrender before the Court below and further directed that if he moves any application for regular bail after giving prior notice to the Public Prosecutor, his bail application may be considered in accordance with law. No new grounds whatsoever have been assigned by the petitioner to entertain this bail application. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner-accused is directed to surrender before the concerned Court on 10.02.2020 positively and in the event he files an application for bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
