JUDGMENT 1. Mr. Pankaj Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 15.01.2020, passed by this Court in bunch of writ petitions, led by Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Raj. & Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14964/2019, and, therefore, the present writ petition may also be allowed in the light of judgment in the case of Kiran Kumari (supra). 2. Mr. Shreyansh Mehta, learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to point out any distinction on facts or on law. 3. Following the judgment of Kiran Kumaris case, the present writ petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 07.08.2019, qua the petitioner is quashed and set aside. 4. Remaining directions given in the case of Kiran Kumaris case will apply. 5. The stay application also stands disposed of.
