JUDGMENT 1. Heard Mr. T Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. TK Mishra, learned Addl. PP, Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner, namely, Priyalata Konwar, praying for pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Dhemaji PS Case No.08/2020, under Section 120(B)/498(A)/506/34 IPC. Case diary called for is received and perused. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 28.01.2020 and she has been interrogated in the meantime. 4. Having considered the materials in the case diary and that the petitioner has already been interrogated, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary, and as such the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner deserves to be allowed. 5. Accordingly the order dated 28.01.2020, granting interim bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions. The pre-arrest bail application stands disposed off.
