JUDGMENT 1. Heard Mr. T. Thakuria, learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and Ms. P. Das, learned counsel appearing for NCB. 2. By this application under Section 438, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), the accused-petitioner viz. Debojit Daimari, has prayed for pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest, in connection with NCB Crime No. 11/2019 registered under Sections 20(b)(II)(C) and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985. 3. It is submitted by Ms. Das that upon completion of the investigation, a charge sheet has been submitted against the 2 (two) accused persons including the accused petitioner in connection with NCB Crime No. 11/2019 on 14.02.2020. 4. In view of the submission of the charge sheet, the accused-petitioner is granted the liberty to approach the learned trial Court by submitting an application seeking regular bail. In the event of submission of such application, the learned trial Court will consider the same on its own merit. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands closed.
